Ever wonder what it would be like to plan two different receptions for the same wedding? Eric and I didn't wonder, it actually happened. Brindiamo informed Eric and me in an e-mail that they sold their Event Center (where our reception was planned). A lot of discussions and politics were involved and eventually we decided that enough was enough. After planning our reception for close to a year we had to begin again. We attempted to be early birds but ended up on track with traditional wedding planning (done 6 months or less before). And so we began planning our reception again, from scratch. How delightful! Despite all of the stress I must say that this new reception will be even better than the last one planned.
 

Enough talk, let's get to the details, right? Our reception will now be held at the Downtown Athletic Club. You can find the information under the "Wedding Events" tab on the left toolbar of our website. We are so excited, the staff is amazing and they have helped us feel so good about our decision. There are lots of little decoration details that I am so excited about but I want to keep some surprises so I will only share one further detail about the wedding. One word: photobooth, or rather fotobox (http://thetravelingfotobox.com/). That's right people we will be having a photobooth that will be coming down from Portland just to take photos of your fabulous faces. The photobooth will be similar to traditional photobooths and will distribute 2x8 photostrips within 45 seconds of taking your photos. The company will also provide an online gallery so that you can look through everybody's photos and order copies of prints if you would like. So look your best, grab a friend, and take some photos!
